Hygge was perfect for us. We were in the city for a week for a trade show and wanted something nicer than a standard business hotel as we would be there for 6 nights. Hygge was totally hygge - cosy, comfortable, warm, fresh, clean, perfectly located for us. We didn't try the breakfast there, so cannot comment, but everything else was great

Weekend stay
Really good. Would stay again. Nice area, walking distance. Comfortable bed, the pillows a bit less although fine. Nice plain decoration.

Birthday Trip
I took my daughter to Brussels for her birthday - the hotel was lovely - exceptionally clean and a beautiful lobby. Our room was also immaculate with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice. my only critique would be that it was too hot in the room but we opened the windows and I would have like tea/coffee making facilities.

Great hotel for a city break!
Had a really good stay here. Stayed for three nights for a Christmas market break (did a day trip to Brugge as well). This hotel is really nicely decorated, the lobby area is especially nicely furnished with the ‘hygge’ style. The rooms are good, managed to get two single beds pushed together even though this wasn’t guaranteed. The location is great, nearby to tram lines, metro stops and bus routes to get basically everywhere you need, and plenty of food/shopping options nearby. Good selection of tv channels as well! The only negative was that the room seemed to be really warm a lot of the time and the location of our room meant we couldn’t really leave a window open (these seem to open all the way, no catch?) so didn’t feel 100% safe to leave open all night as we were right next to what I thought was an accessible rooftop. Oh, and the way that the shower works is weird, unless you actually hold it in your hand it seems difficult to enjoy a shower! Overall though, this hotel is perfect for a little city break, couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great Location and lovely hotel, shame the double glazing does not cut the traffic noise.

Staying Hygee hotel
The service is very good, location is nice close tj a lot of shops, metro, bank etc. The hotel is clean and has nice design. Fridge in the room was little bit missing. Had a very good experience

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Right on a corner of a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. There is some contruction work happening outside at other properties on the street (September 2019) so can be noisy but not the fault of the hotel. Has a small underground carpark with 10 spaces which is quite tight and was £20 per night. Staff friendly, interior looks nice. Two floors with a traditional tiny euopean elevator/lift. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on thaT element. Wifi was solid. Sta.dard checkout appears to.be midday which is perfect for sleeping in if required!!

Recommend for few days stay
Great Hotel in local area. Clean, quiet and very close to everything. Only issue was paying for breakfast. I was told at check-in it was included and was very annoyed that I was billed for it after my two night stay. However, I would still highly recommend the Hotel.
