Lovely interesting old building. Friendly, personable hard working young couple run the hotel. Don’t miss out on a meal at their bistro the “Moque Tortue” two blocks down from the hotel. The food here is excellent and very good value. I had the lobster, and because they were on the small side Sebastien served me two. Delicious. Excellent breakfast cooked to order the next morning. Wish we had booked for more than one night.

The breakfast was excellent and the host took time to visit with us during and after breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Liked the full length mirror on the back of the closet door. Inconvenient having to go down the hall to the bathroom, especially since it was next to the breakfast room. Also quite noisy with street noise.

Comfortable room with all the amenities. Breakfast was good but average by comparison to others we have stayed at. Overall happy with our stay.

Our host was very accommodating, the only thing I wasn’t crazy about was having to an external bathroom especially during the night, however I was made aware of that when I booked the room. The breakfasts were very tasty and well presented. Thanks Sebastian

Living in a historic house was great and the owner was very nice.

The hosts and housekeeper are so very friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The original features of the place add such warmth and charm. Breakfast was amazing. A perfectly delicious and relaxing start to the day. We slept so well, though the mattress was on the firm side.

The home is clean and run by a very attentive family. A delicious freshly made breakfast awaits each morning. The host is helful and very knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in the upstairs two room "suite" which is very awkwardly arranged - the rooms are joined by a walkthrough bathroom, but it was manageable. Other rooms were of a slightly higher standard with a fireplace. Hot water, wifi and TV all worked fine.There is a fridge and kitchen available for guest use.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful time.Our room was on the second floor.It was small but very clean and comfortable.We had a private bathroom with a small walk in shower.There was a full guest kitchen on our level with a fridge for guests to store food,as well as complimentary tea and coffee.Our hosts also own a restaurant close by so they ask guests to call 15 minutes before arrival so they can greet you.Sebastien cooked us an amazing breakfast with fresh fruit,croissants,bacon and eggs.He was a very gracious host with a great passion and knowledge about food and board games.Their restaurant, Le Moque-Tortue Bistro is also definitely worthy of a visit.

Likes-Friendly,charming,helpful & knowledgeable host. Very tasty breakfast served right on time. Historic home that's been upgraded but has retained it's earlier charm. Close to everything but still a peaceful location.7 doors away from a very nice Bistro with games room, escape room and great food. Dislikes-Couldn't stay longer!
