Disappointing
Check in was automated but couldnt be completed so had to be done by staff. Despite being in good condition, the rooms werent cleaned well. There were stains on the wall and dust balls in the corners. Rooms were also smaller than pictured. Staff were fine and location is good. Not a bad hotel, just disappointing for the price.

Great location between the Kitahama and Yodoyabashi stations, which have direct access to Kyoto on the Keihan line. There's a FamilyMart convenience store a block away for everything you need, but the hotel does have plenty of amenities you can freely take. Shower caps, POLA-branded skincare packets, brushes, hair ties, shave kits, bathing sponge/towels, coffee/tea packets, etc. Room was small and desk is a bit narrow (no desk chair, just a stool). Room was well made up everyday by housekeeping. Would stay here again!
