Throughly enjoyed staying here for 3days with my husband. The room was spotless and very centrally located, with the metro right beside us for easily getting around the city. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this guesthouse it really was great and if I was to return to Rome again I would stay here again

Excellent modern room, clean and friendly
Perfect room for our short stay in Rome, close to metro restaurants and supermarket and room had a good sized mini fridge to put essentials in. Excellent modern shower room which had a lovely large shower and all was extremely clean and well maintained.Comfy beds and as it was a very hot weekend we needed the air con which worked well. Only slight downside is that it is not obvious from the street that you are looking for a small name on an intercoms on a door, but once you know what you are looking for from the outside, you enter a secure courtyard which in the evening has a second secure entrance that is activated with your room card. Would definitely stay again based on price, location and facilities.

Good place at reasonable price
Nice clean comfortable room. Pretty much unmanned, apart from morning cleaning staff and local tax collection on 1st day. As we had no issues, that didn't cause us much trouble. Security was through a key card on 2 gates. You would be a bit stuffed if you misplaced your card and had a dead phone battery so couldn't call the contact number (which is what happened to me, before my wife arrived with her 2nd card). Easy access to metro system (5 mins walk to train), and only a 10 minute journey to the city centre. We avoided the central island of the piazza Re de Roma at night, but most metro accesses mean you don't need to go there. Good shops if you head up Via Appia Nova towards St John Lateran. Plenty of cafes for breakfast, and 2 medium sized supermarkets. Wifi fine. Internet access is useful for pre-booking tickets for places like the Vatican if you haven't booked from home.

Great little spot !!!!
The Guest House was perfect. Not fancy or expensive , but clean , quiet and away from the craziness of Rome centre. The subway was right around the corner , so made getting around easy. We purchased a 7 day pass to get around , but beware..... I was pickpocketd on the train , and another attempt 3 hours later .

Rome San Giovanni area
Good room size bathroom was very good size for the price. Overall impressions of the rule were very modern and clean however no plug sockets which is a must. Checkin and checkout needs to be improved I was forced to come back for my luggage no later than 3:30pm even though my flight was not till 8pm. Main tube station 3mins walk away
