Good hotel, but rather 4* if you compare to Western properties. Room: sink clogged and surprisingly cleaning staff did not alert maintenance to that as I stayed 2 nights here. Taking shower leaves big puddle of water over bathroom floor and have to use few towels to absorb it. Kleenex - not present. Bar: waitress gets carried away practising English with couple of foreigners and forgets for min 10 mins that there are others that need to be served at the tables. Ordering wine from the menu - sorry the one you want is not available... getting used to that. Pool and spa area: 5* hotel charges very Hefty fee if u bring guest. Never seen this anywhere in the world and I did stay at few marquee places worldwide. One of the better saunas ( salt room) closed for maintenance. Over 2 days did not see any progress of that “ maintenance”. Restaurant: great breakfast buffet. Overall pleasant experience and will return hopefully in the future.
