Historic
The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible location for walking to anywhere. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable.

Beautiful haunted hotel
The hotel has been kept up beautifully and rooms are quaint. I was awaken during the night by an odd noise under our bed that continued for several hours. It was the sound of a crunching water bottle then tapping of fingernails. In the morning I looked up the history and found out the hotel was haunted. So, nice hotel but not for getting a good night's sleep unless you want to lay there listening to the ghost in your room.

Room was not as shown on site. Restaurant staff very friendly but cannot say the same for reception staff.

Not a good choice for us
I stayed one night with a child. This was not a good choice for us, but being near the train station I paid up. The bed was so squeaky, full size but not comfortable. Our bathroom was across the hall. This would be fine for adults, but with a child I feared leaving him to even use it. Bands and parties were going well into the night. Finding outlets was a huge challenge. I love history but this place is really overpriced.

Not worthy
Far less than average. They are more appropriately a bar and restaurant by my estimation. They have a relict of a hotel that’s for sure. It’s no doubt a archive. Dated as you can observe outwardly and they haven’t and aren’t spending any money to bring the property into a relevant living space. AC, Not working, bathroom in serious lack of update. No TV at all. Electrical outlets slim to none. Drafty, noisy, musty. Price for value not even close. Hotels.com should drop them from consideration.

Very interesting and unique.
Very interesting hotel. Best for younger couples. Few amenities, but hotel stays true to the beginning of the 20th century in its decor and furnishings. Really great staff.

No Rest for the Weary
For the price charged, I really expected more. We show up and try to check-in, during the posted check-in time, and then we had to stand and wait for someone to notice us. It didn’t seem to be very organized because servers from the restaurant were yelling upstairs to the manager. One reason we booked the hotel was the free parking. However, we were told there were only 7 spots for 17 rooms and the hotel was fully booked. So we were shown a map where the parking was and told “Good Luck.” The parking lot turned out to be 7 tiny spots down a rather run down alley. (We never were able to find a spot during our stay) We were also warned that it was an “Entertainment hotel” and they couldn’t do anything about the noise. (We were provided earplugs...) The noise is INSANE!! And both nights it wasn’t quiet until 3:30-4am. Housekeeping also started vacuuming around 8:30am. We would have left after the first night, but we were charged for both nights up front and everything was so disorganized we knew we could never get a hold of someone. Only pros: the room itself was nicely updated, but with some nice historic charm, and the claw foot tub was nice. The location is also very convenient, we just wish the owners would have spent the money to better soundproof the windows/room. As convenient as the location is, we will not be back and will not be recommending the hotel to friends and family visiting Flagstaff.
