Check in process was very easy. Rooms were clean. The shower’s water pressure and temperature control were disappointing. No AC and room was very warm. We used this as a sleeping pad after 36 holes at nearby Bandon Dunes and it was great for that.

Our room was spacious and clean. The property is well-kept. It certainly looks like the owners take pride in what they do. We were a little skeptical about the online check-in process and not having someone at the front desk, but all went very smoothly and we would not hesitate to use the Vacasa system again.

I booked on Expedia now I know why I was getting emails and text messages everyday to pay when I even called Expedia was told to pay at hotel, when I get to hotel NO front desk staff in person staff to help. called the number that kept texting me had to pay over the phone!!! Then received code to collect key at room door. Not an easy experience Why doesn’t the rental just let guest pay on Expedia before getting to destinatin,

When we booked our reservation the property was still privately owned. It was turned into a vacation rental and we were unaware that there would be no housekeeping services so we did not arrive prepared with additional towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff that arrived to clean another unit was nice enough to provide us with additional towels so we did not have to purchse any. The property and room was clean and cute.
