Nice hotel but dreadful restaurant and service.
Lovely hotel but with a dreadful restaurant. The buffet breakfast is served in a bizarre fashion from tables put in the wrong places. Fruit juices are at shoulder height with milk containers behind them right in the entrance to the kitchen/bar area so that staff are tripping by over you all the time. The food was fine but just a frustrating experience trying to get what you want. We also stayed for dinner and although the food was fine, the service was appalling. We were left completely alone for 20 minutes on 3 occasions and each time had to go to the bar to ask for someone to come to serve us again. We asked for 3 English Breakfast teas at the end of the meal but were given Earl Grey, they argued aggressively that it was English Breakfast and it was only when I had to go behind the counter and get the tea caddy myself that they discovered someone had put Earl Grey into their English Breakfast container. Even then there was no apology. If you don’t need food or drink I would recommend the hotel but if you do, don’t book here, it will frustrate you beyond belief.

The hotel staff was excellent! They even brought the router to the room when I couldn’t get a signal on my phone. The water was out for a few hours one evening and the AC in the room did not cool very well. Also, breakfast is not served until 0800. This is a bit inconvenient for someone there on business. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Air conditioning did not work the first day. Check in was slow, after the first day and a half they have fixed the air. I guess this can happen in the summer. Stuff was ok. The rooms were clean and there was enough parking. Breakfast was ok. Over all the stay was ok!

Amazing views
Stayed just the 1 night lovely place and the view from balcony was amazing. Will be defiantly coming back to stay here again. Only thing is the shower took a while to heat up as I thought it was faulty but eventually it became hot so don’t jump in too fast :0) be warned.

Over the last couple of years have stayed at a few hotels in constanta would have to Say this is the best one. The staff Was extremley helpful, the breakfast in the morning Was delicious and the gym They have is great to get a uick work out in.
