Arrived late, late in the evening. Clean and quiet parking lot. My daughter loved the lights, pool and huge lobby. Room clean and hotel very quiet. We will definitely use this place more often!

Wrong size bed
We booked a king and had a confirmation. Check in is 3:00. We arrived at 3:10 and were told they didn’t have any kings left. Put us in a “queen”. Barely a full sized bed. 😠

Come back when they complete the renovation!
This facility is obviously a work in progress. Was pleased that the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. The rest of the facility is a wreck. TV remote had dead batteries. The staff took batteries from their remote as there were no spare batteries in the facility. The electric plug for the microwave and refrigerator would not stay inserted in the outlet. The ground prong was cut off as the outlet only had two prongs. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. Looks like it has happened several times. Solution is to just put the toilet paper on the counter. At least the room had toilet paper. Didn’t see a lock on a single exterior door. Most of the doors don’t actually even close properly. Several elevators in the facility, none work. This facility was obviously quite a remarkable place once upon a time. Looks like someone is trying to renovate and upgrade but much more should have been done before renting room to any guest! Don’t understand why Hotels.com would even handle this property. Really shocking.

Let people know the remodel isn't complete
I'm sure this could be an amazing place if the REMODEL was complete. The lobby and atrium is beautiful almost finished. The fountain wasn't working, elevator wasn't working, missing carpet on stairs and hallways, sheetrock dust everywhere, blinds in our room were broken and missing pieces, overhead light fixture in bathroom had no bulb and exposed wires, towel rod was bent, fresh paint but painted over stuff on the walls and you could smell people "smoking weed" while walking in the halls. This place has awesome potential!
