One word, Terrible. Elevators would break and it would take up to 25 minutes to get from our floor (38) to the lobby. Multiple times our card keys wouldn’t work and we would have to make that elevator trip. Front desk didn’t have accurate information whether pools or restaurants would be open. Mold on the ceiling of our room. It took 3 requests to get some fresh towels and more Keurig pods. Fitness area was messy and equipment was broken.

Hits and misses.
The views were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. I slept very well. however the food at Terraza left a lot to be desired and the elevators on the beachside were very slow. I waited over 30 minutes for an elevator and ended up going back to my room after tiring from waiting. Also, calls to the front desk and concierge were often not answered. Lastly, the toilet paper in my room was extremely flimsy. On the upside, I love that beach chairs, towels and an umbrella was included with my stay. The beach was lovely.

Worst service ever!
I rented 3 king Suites - ocean front rooms. I will never go back there again because of the service I received. The rooms were great. Location was great. The beach was ok. There are much better beaches in other parts of Florida! The service … HORRENDOUS! We arrived around 6pm. One of the suites booked was for 3 people. They did not have anything in the room for the 3rd person. When we tried to get bedding and towels we were told there was nothing they can go because house keeping was closed. Mario, the host was rude, as well. The next day I asked to speak to the manager and they gave me the run around. They said he wasn’t there, when he was. I asked the front desk host to please get the manager because we could not get into our rooms. We also paid $25.00 an hour to have late checkout. We spent 2 hours trying to get into out rooms and apparently they didn’t not have us in the system!

Not What Was Expected
Our 1 bedroom suite was located on the 38th floor. It was always a challenge getting up to our room or down to the lobby. Out of the 4 elevators there only 2 were working at any given time,one of which was the service elevator. This caused the maids/ cleaning crew to get on the regular elevator with their cleaning carts. What a mess! I feel the 1bedroom suite was very bland for the price we paid. Lighting in the unit was very low. They need to be much brighter, No feeling of home at all. No paper towel, napkins, dish detergent or dish cloths in the kitchen at all. No extra blanket, sheets or anything in the closet. Balcony gave a beautiful view of the ocean and the city.
