Loved our stay at R on the Downs
Our stay started with a very warm welcome from hosts Doug and Liz and ended with a delightful departing gift of lavender, what a thoughtful gesture. Our room and ensuite were immaculate and afternoon tea (another nice surprise) and breakfast were very tasty and well cooked. We hope to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended.

Perfect Escape
Doug and Liz were perfect hosts, totally committed to making our stay perfect and in fact, memorable! We have stayed in many B&Bs in Australia and overseas but R on the Downs was the best! The location is stunning, rooms clean and beautifully decorated and the breakfast superb. We have no hesitation in recommending this property, a real gem!

We stayed with Liz and Doug for a long weekend in December. It was a great stay. They were both really terrific hosts and helped out when we had questions but gave us peace and quiet also. The breakfasts were definitely tasty and plentiful, fuelling us for basically the whole day. The room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. Highly recommend. Would stay again.
