It could be such a gem!
This is our second time staying there. They seem to be letting upgrades and repairs go undone. It is in such a great location, have nice staff, a real community feel among the guests, but seriously, it needs a major overhaul to all of the rooms, and the pool is in rough shape(big patches of missing tiles, cloudy water most days).

Air conditioner not very good along with the rough beds and tv that had no signal it was overall a rough place to stay only bared 1 night

Were we in America???
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We had a horrible night with loud music that went on from across the street. The bar played very loud American Rock and Roll music (not even Mexican music) until 11:30. We went to make a compliance but they did not care. We had a plan to get up early in the morning and we were very frustrated.

This was a great place to stay!! It is practically right off the beach and has a trail directly to it in the back. For $50 a night I highly suggest this place.

The property could use some updates. But the people working there are absolutely wonderful! Sebastian (I believe he may be the owner) was very good to us. LuLu has a heart of gold & her personality & smile are bigger than she is! Lisa was also very kind & considerate. Churro was very helpful with what we needed. You can walk to anywhere you want from this property. The people that work there make it worth staying there.
