When you get to the hotel the view outside looks promising but had a bad service, room with a lot of problems, staffs not respecting the measures against covid-19
I booked a Deluxe Double room but after my arrival I changed my room to a better room with balcony, paid the extra money and all problems started.
The shower water was not heating, there were no amenities in the room, and the bathroom lamp was not working, I reported right away.
I was promised to have the problems fixed, but nothing happened.
Next day in the morning after my cold shower went for the breakfast that was not served even 30 minutes after the time.
After complaining again I decided to change the hotel, again they promised to change my room and asked me for a chance to fix the problems. Since my business trip was only for 4 days I decided to stay.
Came back from a day of work and apart from amenities the shower water was still cold, but i found hot water in the bathtube.
Next day asked to change the room again because of the shower and the toilet light that was not fixed.
Moved to another room, the lights were all working but no hot water in the shower again. One more time I asked to be fixed and again I hear many sorrys but after hours of the problems not being solved the manager showed up in my room saying that I could shower in another room and come back to the same room. Seemed like a joke to me
I have been 4 times in Kampala and this was the worst hotel.
