3日宿泊支払い済みにて伺いましたが、宿泊せず帰宅しました。支払い済みのお金は全然戻らないの？話しもないし、ガード支払いしなきゃ良かった。二度と予約しませんけど

I was foolish enough not to read the other reviews before staying here. There are holes in the screens, bugs in the rooms, millipedes in the showers, stains on the ceilings, sheets, and curtains. Positive: The baths are empty but they did give us free tickets to the onsen nearby. Rooms do have their own private toilets. The staff picked us up at the train station and was very friendly. And most of all, it’s right on the lake with a great view. It’s a shame they don’t fix the place up; it really has some potential. The location is best if you have a car. Nothing is open except for the conbini outside of summer. If you’re looking for the cheapest place to stay between alpine route and happo and don’t mind camping, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay away.

一間不值一提的酒店
建議 Hotel.com 不再錄用這酒店，總體是後悔選擇了入住它，除了滿意酒店外面風景，其它包括服務，清潔，設備是不能接受。房沒有清潔，洗手間得一格可用，而且不是坐厠，紙巾是濕過再乾的，根本不能用，水全是鐵銹味，根本飲不下，全酒店公眾地方是沒有開燈的，有如入了死城，沖涼的地點更恐怖，最後大家都是選擇了在周邊溫泉酒店沖涼，¥28,XXX 的價錢租兩晚兩房，相應是十分十分不值，如 Hotel.com 能給我補償會較好！！
