Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

The hotel was very nice. Room was great. The floors however hadn’t been cleaned in months!! We arrived very late in the evening so not much activity in the room. When we woke we walked around the room and in minutes our feet and/or socks were black!! We used a wash cloth to clean the floor. Took it to the front desk as we were leaving and she said “why didn’t you say something after checking in?” We told her it was late and we didn’t notice it until we say our feet that morning. She just said “sorry we can’t do anything about it”. The hell they can’t!! That was disgusting!!

the place was clean , check in was easy , but they did not offer bedroom slippers, and the robes were not soft , they were itchy and rough . I also accidentally left my jacket in the closet and called a few times asking for someone to locate it . I was told to go on a website and file a lost item report . It’s been a whole week and I have heard anything back about my jacket ! I’ve accidentally left things at other hotels and always got my items back . I’m over all disappointed.

Everything was clean, very modern, street parking right across the street. Our stay would’ve been perfect if it wasn’t for the Pool being closed. We looked forward to spending time on the advertised roof top pool, yet it was closed for all five days of our stay.

Great hotel, super clean, nice pool, nice views and centrally located close to everything. Bayside, South Beach, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Calle Ocho.
