Good value hotel
This is a well run hotel. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room Comfort Not Good
The hotel, location, service, breakfast and room were as expected. Our major problem was the heating and cooling. The room controls didn't work so the front desk had to help every day. We prefer cool so they were able to do this BUT the room would switch to heat in the middle of the night on its own and it became a sauna and uncomfortable. Many tried but all failed. Luckily they were able to turn it off completely and we opened the window. But the heating/cooling is erratic so I can't recommend this hotel for that reason.

A good hotel at the Center of town
Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were of average size. Bathroom was modern and well kept. However, it was very inconvenient that room did not have a coffee maker or an iron board. Break fast was below average for such a hotel. There was no restaurant. The first day, they gave two bottle of complementary water. After that, we needed to buy a bottle for 1.50 Euro cash. From airport, it is only a 5 Euro taxi ride. But we took bus by paying 4 Euro each . Bathroom has a light in front of the mirror that gave light to head and not to face !!

Nice hotel. It is good value for money spent. It's a couple of subway stops from downtown Lisbon, and not far from the airport. Location is quiet at night, but not far from lively spots. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Nice hotel stayed for just one night, we had to leave early and they got us a to go box with our breakfast. The shower is a lilttle small; everything else was nice.
