Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

Service was appalling for a 5 star hotel. Room wasn’t cleaned and staff were not accommodating from bar, restaurant to door men. Won’t stay again. Much better hotels for the price or less.

Really bad staff on the front desk, we stayed 7 night I wanted to renew my booking but I was sleeping and they just arrived with the security on my room.. that never happened with me on my life! Ridiculous

Great stay. Rather pay one price then have all the up sells. Parking at 49$ and resort fees is a bit much. But the hotel was great, and the food excellent! Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was nice... I've never stayed at a Nobu hotel before, perhaps I had a little too high expectations. I expected a hotel stay that was above and beyond with attention to the smallest details. Though the bedding was nice and the beds comfortable, the room itself is dated. Things not fastened to the walls properly, hair and white stuff still on the shower walls from the previous guests... The towels were old and rough, like a holiday inn. Little things, like putting the vanity kit on the bathroom vanity instead of hiding it away in the closets... it's the attention to details that the hotel was missing. Also, there must be a water pressure problem. During a couple of showers and then using the sink, the water would nearly stop running for a few seconds and then come back cold and then reheat. Very weird. The pools were nice, but small... It is a very busy hotel and there were a lot of kids running around.

Nobu hotel is not a hotel but only a few floors in the 4-star Eden Rock hotel. We did not get our room cleaned everyday even though we called housekeeping and complained about this issue. The bill at checkout included charges in my final bill for items at the pool which had not been consumed (ca$250). In addition, my credit card was charged after I had left the hotel and settled the final bill. When I called to complain about the additional charge the hotel did not deal with my phone calls requesting a refund putting me on hold but actually just ignoring my calls until I hung up.
