The front desk person was very unfriendly. He seemed bothered by having to answer any question. The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable with a blanket literally made if rubber. Unfortunately we booked this as a suite and were 5 people so someone had to sleep on the sofa bed. Horribly uncomfortable between the “linens” and the matress .

Hotel was nicely decorated and was clean. Front desk help were friendly. Breakfast was terrible. Only warm items were some cheese omlets and turkey sausage. No potatoes, no gravy, no toaster or bagels. They did have waffles to make. Breakfast was poor compared to most other hotels.
