Modern and clean family stay
Excellent 3 bed apartment. Visited son at Royal Holloway which is 5 mins drive away. Perfect position for many restaurants and shops - super convenient. Nicely fitted out unit, everything you need for a short break.

Great Apartment Spoilt by Poor Customer Service
The one-bed apartment was modern and well furnished, although the leg of one chair was broken. This we left a note about to warn the owner and future guests. The area was good for shops, restaurants and cinema and the Thames River Path. The problem we had was poor and unresponsive customer service from the owner and management company. We had tried to get information by phone and text message well in advance on how to get in as we would be arriving late evening. Our calls were only answered by an email the day of arrival. By that time we were researching other hotels in Staines in case we could not get in that night. The email we did receive did not have enough information and opening the front door was made confusing as the battery in the opening mechanism was failing and giving a red-light signal even when we entered the correct code. Hoping we would do better with the management company than the owner, the next day we reported that there was no washing up liquid or scourer to clean the pans that had been put away in a disgusting state. My wife was told they would look into it and they or the owner would contact us back. No one did. We had to go out and purchase these items and clean the pans ourselves. I did eventually receive an email reply through Hotels.com saying that “We will address this directly”. However this was not sent to me until June 1 and my stay at the Angel Apartments ended on April 29. That's 5 weeks later.

Solo, two days to Staines.
Very convenient location and great value for money. The place was very clean and lots of space. Although above a bar, it didn’t disturb me ... the bar had great cocktails by the way. All good. Easy keyless check in system.
