I had a wonderful stay with my family here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the service provided were great. They are very helpful in booking the taxis and arranging tour guides. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our stay.

We had a nice stay at the L'Ermitage, the room was clean with complimentary water provided and the bathroom neatly stocked with a working hair dryer. Our view was excellent and walking around the property at night was very pleasant with little pockets of unique seating areas that lit up. Wacima was delightful and helped us with our check in and transfer needs, she was very friendly and even said hello at dinner time. The food was decent. Overall a great experience and relaxful retreat from typical riad and medina stays. The two hikes are very easy to access from this property and we got some helpful advice from the staff.
