Room had not been properly cleaned, no towels or coffee. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and cupboards. Gross. Called front desk to get room cleaned and stocked. Received fresh towels. Had to call for 2 days for one lousy pack of coffee. Barely got an apology and definitely no remuneration on room fees. I used to live it here prior to Covid. Now, I’m not sure I will ever go back. Very upsetting in terms of sanitation. The breakfast is fantastic. Also got charged a $500 deposit because I wanted to pay with debit!?! $500! Nonsense. Especially since they did not even check the room when I left.

Facility was awesome! Very happy with our stay. Hotel is easy to access, clean, great breakfast, and spacious suites. Pool was a bit cold for the kids, but after the initial shock, they were fine.
