Great stay
Ncely decorated, with lots of modern touches. Location is excellent right smack in centre of the village. For skiers, the chairlifts are about 100m from the hotel.

Excellent location, just slightly missing the mark
The location within the centre of Megeve is fantastic. Great walking access to the main ski lift, shops, and local bars and restaurants. Access by car however is a bit of a problem. There is no parking at the hotel - you have to use the casino car park, which although a 3 minute walk, is an extra expense and not as convenient. We were able to drive into the centre of Megeve, and drop our luggage - however the town was very busy, and you have to loop back around the outside of town to arrive back to the carpark. The rooms are nicely furnished. The toiletries in the room are lovely! The shower was good pressure. One thing to note, is that the bathroom is not completely private. There is an indoor window which opens out so you can talk while one of you is in the bathroom! A nice feature for some, but not all guests I would imagine. The soundproofing was average. I had my small dog with me in the room, and found she was disturbed a bit by the cleaners and their cart in the hallway. Room service is a bit lacking - the option for breakfast in the room is a delivery of the buffet selection from downstairs. Unfortunately, while tasty, the eggs and toasted arrived cold to our room. For the other facilities, the restaurant and bar areas of the hotel are lovely - a pleasure to sit in. My only other complaint, is it was sometimes tough to find staff to check in, and in the lounge area for a drink. I would go back, but it wouldn't be my first choice of hotel in Megeve.

From the second I arrived the service at the hotel was incredible. Helped set up activities answered questions and went the extra mile. Perfect location in the epedestrian village (which could at times be noisy) beautiful room. Can’t wait to return.

Fantastic stay besides the fact they have no AC
Fantastic brand new hotel in the heart of Megève. Please be aware there is no AC so the room was very hot when we visited in July. Staff here is fantastic. Very helpful and took care of our issues right away.

Coeur de Megeve - its true! Right in the heart of Megeve. Really lovely boutique hotel. Staff super nice. Food amazing. I Highly recommend! Attention - a few rooms with no view. Most have lovely balconies and views. I advise to be sure that you have chosen an exterior room with a balcony and view.

Cosy hotel, room small but nice, food expensive
The room was fairly small, so there wasn't room for a luggage stand, but there was plenty of closet space to hang clothes. The photos on expedia are mostly representative, although they are probably of the biggest and nicest rooms. There was no mold in the bathroom, which was pretty and not too small. As with many hotels in the alps, you couldn't have a proper shower because the hook to hold the shower head was down low instead of up high. The room was at the back of the hotel, so it was pretty quiet, although when we opened the window we could hear the thumping bass from a nearby club until late (the room was very warm even when we turned the heating off). There was a lovely lounge with a fire on most nights, although not the one night that we wanted to use it (which was weird as it was the coldest night), but I'm sure they would have lit one if we had asked. The staff without exception were all very nice and helpful, including making phone calls on our behalf and delivering food we had ordered at the bar to our room. I thought the breakfast would have been acceptable if the price were included with the room, but it was a bit expensive for what was on offer compared to other continental spreads I've seen which were included in the room price.

A classic traditional styled ski lodge that gives great service, in a great central location. At first glance it looks smaller than it is. It has an excellent restaurant and lovely breakfast room. Stay there. You won’t be disappointed!

Hôtel très bien situé, dont on sent qu'il a été récemment remis à neuf, personnel très accueillant et attentif sans flagornerie, petit-déjeuner copieux fait de produits de grande qualité, très bon restaurant : rien à redire pour ce court séjour qui alliait une journée professionnelle et une journée de détente. Sauf l'envie d'y retourner l'année prochaine.
