Location is the best, but the hotel is not really good as seems in the pictures, room walls was very bqd condition, painting horrible, cleanliness was not good either, is completely different as you see in the pictures, at least my room was like that, even in the restroom i found a roach, tv was unot working, cables visibles everywhere, curtains falling down, the price was ok, but too many negative things. You definitely found a better place to stay for the same price.

Enjoyed our stay, the hotel staff was very helpful, clean and presentable. The staff went above and beyond to make our hotel stay great! Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, needs to be well installed. For the price it's a good place to stay.

The pros: The service was exceptional; check in, security, promptness, food quality and location was all great! I was even impressed and thankful to the security man that came to the car to meet me with an umbrella during a storm. So nice and professional. The bed was super comfortable and the room was really spacious! On the weekends even with the crowds and music at the near by bars the room was quiet. The AC worked great although it didn’t reach the sitting area. The concerns: The hotel really needs a lot of maintenance (pictures on site are not quiet the same as in person) Wall paint needs up keep, plumbing problems, not many electric outlets, WiFi/cable was spotty. On the 3rd day I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned because only towels were being changed. The other issue was every day there were flies, spiders and mosquitos in the room (other near by hotels don’t have this problem daily). The food quality and service was great but it was the same menu everyday with not a single typical style dish as an option. After 5 days it was tough to order the same 2 plates. Hooks in the bathroom would be great! Overall the stay was ok, felt comfortable and safe but there are other lower budget hotels in the same area that are maintained a lot more and provide exceptional cleaning on a daily basis. If I came back to this hotel it would be for the comfort of the bed and the front lobby personnel.

First of all I would like to applaud the employees, all of the employees encountered were friendly and professionals and will try to accommodate you with any special request. Unfortunately, the hotel is located within feet’s of a night club and a few bars of which you can hear from your room until 3:00 AM and during the weekend it takes a while to try to get out from the parking space as the streets are filled with cars in trying to get to all the bars. If you are planning on enjoying “quiet time” this is not the place to stay, the bathrooms are in need of some TLC. The hotel employees made the stay pleasant. I would not recommend if you are bringing your grandmother and it is not kids friendly.
