Knock Knock
The customer service was excellent. However, during my stay was woken up to people screaming up an down the hall way pounding on doors, This was at 2 or 3 am. It happened both nights that I was there and lasted a goo 20 to 30 min

Basic , clean place to stay
Nice basic place to stay. Kitchenette with microwave and stovetop. We needed a place to stay for a few nights during some renovations on our house. It was what we needed.

Bad customer service, no towels, no shower curtains. Call the front desk and was told to get it in the front. I was disappointed, if that was the case they should of provided that when checked in. Two small pillows for a queen size. I would never recommended to anyone especially if you are traveling to anchorage. Bad location.

Great deal for the price. Clean inside the big and comfy hotel rooms (I had the double beds.) Northwest Mall isn’t open now buts it’s close to grocery stores, Subway and Burger King. Not too far from Merrill Field and quick drive to downtown.
