Hidden fees beware
Surprise $57 additional hotel service charge. Paid in full means paid in full. It used to be when you book the hotel on hotels.com etc. it was paid in full, now the hotel attaches an additional service charge. I did a price analysis and we actually did not save money by booking on hotels.com. Will book direct next time.

Great hotel
Great hotel, friendly staff. Room really small but beds comfortable, perfect as out all day & only there to sleep & shower. Great location to get to all NYC has to offer & only a block away from Port Authority subway station

Perfect room with bunks for parent and teenager. Loved the space, view and location. Cons were lumpy pillows, scratchy towels, and no free coffee. Those seem like easy fixes for a place like the Pod!

Very satisfying,
Room very clean n accessories great. Only thing for 2ppl. Room cery narrow. But, very hapoy over all. Upon check out could of been more customer service . No hope to see you return ect. Also , ask about my deposit of 20$. Said very timid should recieve it back. In which, i have not yet.
