Perfect base for trekking
Had a wonderful stay at Hosteria El Puma - perfect location, great activities nearby and really kind, helpful staff. It was great going back to such a nice hotel after all our trekking. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Hosteria El Puma. The location is very good, it's in town, but off the Main Street and close to all the hiking trails. The staff was very friendly. They were helpful and attentive to all requests and even introduced us to mate, sharing theirs and explaining how to make it. The lobby area with the fireplace was a great place to sit and relax after a hike. The room was very nice. It was simple but very clean. Breakfast was nice, although simple with a variety of fruits, breads, yogurt, etc. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hosteria El Puma and would highly recommend it.

Felt right at home and super clean
So happy we chose this hotel after a long hike from Laguna Toro. Easy check in, very clean room and bathroom. Showers had fabulous water pressure, and the candy in lobby and room was a nice touch. The breakfast was wonderful and our server was so sweet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cool clean hotel in a Great Location
El Puma is a wonderful small hotel. It has a very nice feel to it -- casual hip. The staff is very friendly and their English excellent. The hotel is very clean. The free breakfast was excellent. And the location is very close to the starting points of the Fitz Roy and Cerri Torre treks.
