Many times I have stayed in Tokyo and the first time at a REMM hotel. I was impressed. Room was ok size but with large tv and also the massage chair it was nice to stay. Will use again.

Great location, there’s lots to do in Roppongi & easy to catch transport around Tokyo. The rooms were beautiful & well thought out. This was our last stop in our 3 week trip & the massage chair was just what our bodies need! The rooms are tiny, but that’s to be expected in Japan! Comfy beds, great shower and lots of amazing food at your doorstep

It smelt amazing and the facilities were clean, modern and functional. There is a distinct lack of towel railing for drying in Japan so we had to improvise by using the wardrobe hangers... Not ideal when you're trying to reduce the environmental impact while traveling. Customer service was fine, and the machine-led check out was great as we had an international flight to catch straight after.

LOCATION 1) Super convenient location with many subway lines and stations nearby. All within 5-10 minutes walking distance. 2) Many good restaurants nearby. Such as Tsuru Ton Tan Udon 3) Narita Airport bus located in Grand Hyatt Hotel, and it is about 10 minutes walking distance. ROOM 1) We got 3 rooms: 2 Tower View Economy Double Room on 18fl, and a twin Room Tower View on 20 fl (the highest) 2) Rooms are modern, bright, and clean. And all come with a massage chair, which is perfect after a long day sightseeing. the only downside is rooms are super small (except the twin room Tower View). We can't even lay down & open our midden size luggage. 3) I would strongly recommend the Tokyo Tower view room. The view was incredible and priceless. Every day, we were able to see sunrise and beautiful Tokyo city night view.
