10/10 Exceptional

You have to stay here!!
Beautiful building, sympathetically restored/built and tastefully decorated. Lovely large rooms, comfy beds and plenty of space. We started in 320 (fantastic view of Titanic Belfast) but on night 3 our air con started making a funny noise, I swear within less than 5 minutes of hearing it the night manager moved us to another room with profuse apologies and we ended up in room 203 (tiny bit of road noise with a view of Sampson and Goliath). Even more spacious, bigger bed, a more than satisfactory resolution. The service was without fault from arrival, to our little problem to check out. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and genuine. Drawing room 2 has a lush menu- I massively recommend the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich (so good I had it twice!) and the breakfast, may seem a bit expensive but it was really scrummy nutty and worth every penny for the variety they offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you stay here, if fact I kind of insist. The staff, the service, the architecture and history kind of command it. I fell in love with the Titanic quarter, it’s amazing.

2/10 Poor

Dont stay here
One of the worst hotels in beflast. They were next to a rave going on and they had people running all over. Extra security. you could not even get in the hotel. On top of it forget ordering room service or even reaching anyone you can call for 30+ min and no one picks up at the front desk. Even to clean your room or get more toilet paper.

4/10 Fair

Check in slow
Arrived 14:40 check in at 15:00. Asked to be checked in and didn't receive my room until circa 16:50. We had plans for the day but instead spend 2 hours in reception being strung along. Reception blamed room service however I don't see how they are fully to blame. The rooms kettle lid was broken causing it to continuously boil until shutoff. The iron was dirty causing debris to be ironed onto our clothes. We planned on getting dinner in the restaurant but was put off by the reception experience.
