The amount of amenities offered at this hotel is amazing. Unlimited free soda and coffee at all times, all the drinks in the mini refrigerator were free. The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and went out of their way to serve their customers. The clerk whom I asked to help to call for a taxi not only did that, but also went outside to help us load our luggage into the taxi, then bow to us as the taxi was pulling away. Wow. This was totally beyond our expectation and left an extremely good impression.

Very Interactive with Guests
I really enjoyed this hotel because of how interactive the staff are with their guests. During my whole stay, we made mochi, worn kimonos, and had lovely breakfast and dinners. You get your money worth in this hotel. It's walking distance to everywhere (train stations, main clothing shops, dotonbori).

Very nice hotel with a lot of free amenities.
Staff very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Place very clean. Beds were a bit stiff but that’s typical of Japanese hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices (from sushi to eggs and sausage (veggies too).

Phenomenal stay
Great choice to stay in Osaka. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of Shinsaibashi, walking distance from hundreds of shops and restaurants, and very close to Dotonbori. The subway is very close, so it's very easy to move around the city and even reach other places like Kyoto or Nara. The hotel facilities are modern and look new, the room is small (As most rooms in Japan) but neat, and the lobby has massage chairs available to unwind after a day of walking. Also, I loved every day they had games, activities or trivias for the guests. Also, the evening free ramen dinners are phenomenal. All those little details made this a very pleasant stay, I strongly recommend this place and I would stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

Loved the Bridge Hotel!
I loved this hotel! The location was convenient and the surrounding area was fun to explore. The rooms were spacious (compared to other hotels in Japan I've stayed at.) The massage chairs in the lobby were heaven and the front desk staff was super helpful when we wanted to forward our luggage to our next destination. Lots of restaurants, coffee, shopping, and transportation options nearby.

Definitely worth every single penny.
Fantastic hotel! Very generous. Would stay back there if I go to Osaka again. Perfect location as well! Breakfast was not the best but good enough.

Very family friendly, well positioned in town. Short 5 min walk to Subway trains. Had multiple configurations to support my family's needs travelling with younger children. Would stay here again.

Very good 8,0
Great location right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Easy access to the station. Everything was good about the stay except some of the other guests could learn some etiquette. It’s not cool talking at the top of your voice outside someone else’s room or pushing people to get to the breakfast supplies.

Little extras make the difference
We really enjoyed all the little extras at this hotel: ramen noodles at night, massage chairs, afternoon sweets, cultural programs and very, very nice people. The room and bathroom are small but perfectly functional and comfortable. Good location, too, near Dotonburi and Namba.
