Super clean inside, but a mess outside!
If I were to need another room in SF, I would rather stay in another neighborhood. We avoided the Warf because we didn’t want to be in the middle of tourism, but I regret that decision after our stay here. The price point is ridiculous for this neighborhood. We spent 711.00 dollars for three nights, as did our friends in the Warf who had a big, beautiful, comfortable room. Pros: Super clean! Security outside. Water bottle refill stations (in the ice machine). Cons: Neighborhood smells like piss. Not walkable at night. No on-site concierge to help with places to eat/drink etc. Beds are uncomfortable. Walls are thin.

A hotel experience for the modern world
Overall, this hotel was a pleasant find and surprise and my stay was very nice. The hotel is secure, very clean, hip/trendy and modern. My favorite thing about the hotel is the co-working lounge they have on the 2nd level with private phone booth rooms across the hall. There's a convenient vending machine that came equipped with cell phone chargers and other things that I had forgotten on my trip. It came in handy that's for sure. The staff is extremely helpful, caring, and nice. The place is squeaky clean. The room I had was spacious and seemed brand new. My only gripe would be there are no coffee machines in the rooms and my room also didn't have my own desk and chair. Happy to have used the lounge though it was like a mini wework. It is conveniently located to a lot of cool restaurants and night life. I wasn't too worried about the homeless, but they are definitely chillin on the sidewalks close by and a little too rowdy at times could hear them from up on level 5. It's the city vibe for sure, so wasn't too distracted. Oh, walls are a bit thin also could hear full on conversations word for word from other rooms. Thankfully it didn't last long and had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. Would most def stay here again.

Give someone a little power...
When i wanted to extend my stay, they would not accept my card after they had already accepted it the first time. I think it was due to the person at the counter having a problem with the religious items i was wearing
