This hotel is clean with very comfortable beds. Whilst staff are always pleasant they can cluster together and be very inattentive. getting a coffee takes ages and you have to seek out someone to take your eggs order. They worked better when the manger appeared. Butter in containers was off and some of the cooked breakfast items very cold.

The Urban Hotel was disappointing. Although linens were clean, the room is aged and one can tell. The shower floor was slippery with mildew and the main door didn't open and close easily. The blinds let in all the security lights making for a restless night sleep. I felt the room floor was dusty and dirty. The pool area is pleasant and the food was average (ordered lunch). We won't likely stay there again. Not our vibe and better options out there.
