Great relaxing place to visit
Stay was very pleasant. The staff at the hotel was the best. Very friendly, courteous staff and helpful in everyway. Between the many amenities of the resort and the wonderful massages, it was a very relaxing trip.

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff spoke perfect English, and they were very helpful. The restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner there twice and ordered a late night sandwich through room service. The pool was the best part. My kids loved it! It is easy to call an Uber to take you to the city center in about 20 minutes. It is too far to walk to the metro, but we took a short Uber ride to the nearest Uber station. I will stay here again.

The staff were fantastic all helpful and fun to be around eneything you want or want to know they will find out or do for you . The cleaners are fun to be around The massage girl s are very good to the extreme and the spa manager little girl is vary helpful for sure , only problem is it's a bit out of the middle of Kiev but I would go back tomorrow. Overall 5 star and not expensive I've never had a message in a 5 star hotel and I had 3 in one week so that tells you something . Thank you all
