Great stay
Always a great stay and nice staff. Free parking and close to everything. For me it’s my go to spot when in Brooklyn.

A nice little delight
On the edge of downtown, and at 1st I questioned the neighborhood since it was so industrial. But it ended up being super cute, clean and easy access to some great restaurants.

The staff is the hearth of the hotel.
Although I arrived a little bit after midnight, the gentleman at the desk was very quick and professional on the check in. I just had an issue with the tv in the room that I noticed just after unpacking and shower, for that moving me to another room was a little annoying but necessary. However the housekeeper guy and girl together with the front desk were efficient and prompt to reassign me a better conditioned room. At check out, the front desk lady welcome me with a great smile that made my day. Checking out was fast and efficient too. The hotel overall is fantastic for a night of relax, is private and discreet, but overall with a staff that is both professional and hospitable.

This hotel was so gross. I hope I don’t have bed bugs.

Average Met Expectations.
The hotel was clean. The parking was perfect as Brooklyn street parking is an issue. Having the underground garage was key. There was no meat or juice options in the breakfast choices. it was noticeable. Overall stay was average, but it meet my expectations as it was in line with my budget and the nightly rate. Will use again for work, not personal use.

What you’d expect in Bushwick
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. There was some damage in the bathroom above the bathtub that hadn’t been patched up, and the tub was small & shallow... difficult for a 6’2” 180 lb person to get comfortable. The elevator smelled like a dive bar, and the noise was ridiculous. Between the noise outside, the neighbors, and CONSTANT door slamming from the cleaning ladies. No sleeping in while you’re sick! On the bright side the bed was very comfortable!

Great Sleeper Hotel
Neat neighborhood, cozy room. Made for the traveler who will spend 90% of their trip not in their hotel room.
