Excellent stay at Nyx hotel. You will get your money's worth plus more. I booked this hotel because of the reviews about the dining and food options. It did not disappoint. Chianti restaurant offered world-class Italian cuisine and Umami restaurants served huge portions of sashimi. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pools require a little TLC but overall we enjoyed the beach and the pools. We stayed at a sister hotel in Tel Aviv and we very much enjoyed our stay and Nyx Cancun did not disappoint as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a short drive from the airport. Book your airport transportation in advance since the hotel does not offer complimentary shuttle. They said we needed to book the transfer 3 days in advance - so be warned. Overall, a 5-star stay

Staying at the NYX Cancun resort was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel so special, and instantly became our friends. Their hospitality, positive attitude and kindness blew us away. We are especially grateful for Miguel at the lobby bar, Jhoan at the pool bar, Alberto at the deck and breakfast restaurants, Maria at the cabanas, Efrain who greeted us and carried our bags, and Hugo, Casper & Marco at the concierge desk. Also, the food and drinks were the best we've ever had at a resort! We just got back 3 days ago and we're already planning our next trip! 5 STARS! Highly recommend and so grateful!!

The bed was big. That’s all it had going for it. It was noisy. Buffet wasn’t clean. Couldn’t eat from it. Grounds weren’t kept up. Staff absolutely not helpful. Air conditioning and internet were not working. Cannot recommend!
