    Good find

The inn was nice. The service at the front desk was very friendly. The location of the inn was perfect. The linens were ok. Shower was fine. Nothing fancy. Everything was clean and covid safe which we were thankful for.

It was a very nice facility and our room was large and comfortable. An added benefit was that it had a refrigerator. The downside was that those employees that we dealt with weren’t very welcoming they did your job but they did not seemed happy that we were there nor did they really go to much effort to ensure that we had everything that we needed both there at the end and about the general area around. They did have some wonderful chocolate chip cookies a bit available when we checked in. Breakfast was the problem. We asked to have breakfast served in the room at 8 AM. The dining room was closed because of the Covid. At about 10 to 8 we received one knock on the door. I went and looked out and saw nothing I looked around and went back into the room. 8 o’clock went past and breakfast had not arrived I went downstairs and asked about it and was installed by someone carrying another dinner upstairs that she had brought breakfast 15 minutes ago When I got to the room I noticed that they’re on a little store beside the door was our breakfast 15 minutes old of course cold by then. I couldn’t understand why the person that brought the mail wouldn’t have let us know that it was there it was not obvious the hall was dark and it was not easy to see the little store sitting in the dark hallway. We took the meals into the room I had asked for a scone. What I received was burnt toast without any butter or jam. The scrambled eggs juice and has fries were sufficient. I was not impressed.

    Moseley Cottage was perfect!

Bar Harbor is a charming area and being able to walk into it from the cottage was wonderful. We also hiked in Arcadia and saw lots of beautiful scenery. Moseley cottage was perfect for stay - close to everything and clean and comfortable with so many little things provided for us.

    Wonderful stay for a couple!

Wonderful charming inn, and great breakfast served right on time. We loved the large front porch and convenient location. Our room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, plus we had to eat in room because during COVID. Everything went well, would enjoy staying again!

Loved out stay at Moseley-Precipice room

Stayed at Moseley for 5 nights to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels, the best. We loved how they have adapted to our current Covid situation by giving you bags for trash and towels to leave outside your door if you’d like new, and took your breakfast order every night and delivered at your requested time outside your door in the morning. Location was perfect! Quiet street right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants. It was our first trip to Maine from NY and if we go again we will definitely be staying there.
