Homeless in front of the hotel, elevator smells bad and marijuana, gave a smoking room first and my car had a flat tire on the parking lot so I end up staying another day. Front desk is helpful and the hotel is bad and won’t come back

Not a clean or safe place
This place is a mess. You certainly get what you pay for. Two towels only for a two day stay for two people and the towels are so small you can barely wrap them around your body. Here’s from previous occupants in the bathtub and shower. Overall just an unclean facility. Not to mention someone had their room broken into during the day and had items stolen including the keys to their car which was also stolen.

Mop you floors!
Yet another hotel whose floors needed mopping. Everything was great except for the dirty floor. Mopped it myself with provided towel which turned black from grime.

Don’t stay here.
Stayed here a few times and it’s been ok for the price. I’ve now had two interactions with Jessica. First time I sent a email to ask if the cameras work in the parking lot. Someone hit my car and left a big dent. Over $2,000 in damage. Her response was short and cold. Said that the cameras don’t work in that area. She lied, not sure why. When you check in you can see the security camera view on the tv. It clearly showed where my car was parked. I couldn’t do much about it. So that was it. Second interaction was my last stay. After waiting in line for about 15 min to check in. I get the small window with sign on it saying mask wearing is a must to find Jessica and several other without masks. She is her rude self. I get key and go to my room. It’s a king bed I reserved a queen. The room is filthy, no lamp, over head lighting with mismatched light bulbs, one warm light one cool light. Anyways I stated to clean the room with Clorox wipes. I decided I wanted a different room. It wasn’t what I reserved. Call down to the desk and they say house keeping will come check. How awkward! I went to the desk to see if a new room was available. Without saying a word or listening to my concerns. Jessica hands me a refund receipt. I just walked away. Other people in line and I didn’t want to hold them up. I called and asked to speak to the manager she wouldn’t let me. In all Jessica should find a new job if customer service isn’t her thing.

Ok a night
Check in a was quick ans easy. Was not given a receipt. Pool an hot tub didnt look vary clean so we chose not use it. There was a "hookers" staying at this hotel. Seems several people "live" at the hotel. Price a decent ... room small beds on were 3 inches from wall the other was not even an inch from the a/c. Not a place to stay with smaller children. 2 towels 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel and bathmat provided for 4 adults.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I left and checked into a different hotel after 30 minutes of being there. The vibe is just off and the neighborhood does not feel safe at all. Sketchy people hang around in the front yelling at you, there were stains on the bedding (the type of stain that is there because it didn't seem washed). It is not clean and the room feels as if it is about to enclose on you. Disgusted!!! I hope I didn't catch COVID. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the pictures, it is pretty much the dirtiest place I have ever checked into and I DID NOT FEEL SAFE.
