Wonderful stay!
We were a family of 5 and stayed in one of their rooms. It was surprisingly very roomy for Japanese (and even American) standards. I’ve stayed in rooms in Tokyo before and they were so tight. There was ample room for the 5 of us, with all of our luggage as well. The shower was separate from the toilet which was very convenient for our family. Plus, they had a desk, a small fridge and a hot water kettle. One minor suggestion is if they could put a small microwave in the room then it would’ve been perfect, but other than that, it was a great stay. The hotel staff were very helpful, even in helping us before our arrival with travel directions to hotel and help in making restaurant reservations. Hotel was very close to Shinsaibashi shopping area, which is a outdoor covered shopping area which leads all the way to Doutonbori. Hotel is also about a 2 block walk to Honmachi stop on the red Mido-suji line so very convenient. Mystays facilities are very modern, clean, new and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.hey also gave everyone a set of pajamas to wear during the stay.

Good location,great staff & spacious room 4 family
I booked the family room for 3 pax, the room was spacious and everything was fine. The toilet and bathroom was separated which very useful when you are sharing a room with others. The hotel also located near to 2 metro stations. The staff are very helpful, I requested to send our luggage to the next hotel in Tokyo. They provided me with information and make seamless arrangement for us. Will book this hotel again whenever I stop by Osaka in the future.

A really great find!
Great hotel. Stayed at one in Tokyo and so looked for and booked the one in Osaka. Consistently good. A little bigger than some other rooms and they think of all the little things you may have forgotten. Very friendly staff!
