The hotel locates in a pretty area. The design is very stylish. However, the service can be improved. Considering it’s a brand new hotel, the drawbacks in the service is understandable. The staff is very friendly. The renovation of the hotel needs to pay more attention to details.

謝謝第一個晚上幫我升級了。 上到房間、覺得很舒服，分享了給朋友、自己也續住多一晚、也叫上朋友來，第二晚就訂了二間房。期間有好多小插曲。但也謝謝前台的 Manager Tom, David ,lily. 謝謝他們幫忙處理好房間、讓我和朋友有個完美的周未。

踏進洒店能感受到毎位職員的親切笑容，房間需不大，但燈光及擺設令人感到舒適放鬆 身處冇邊際泳池很有度假feel，很難相信身在深圳卻感受在外地resort度假的感覺 很適合二天一夜的小旅行 Check in counter的Melody 英文清晰流利容易溝通Davie 的廣東話需不太流利但見我們不懂説普通話,也用盡努力用廣東話跟我們交談，服務誠意滿分 推薦週末渡假的好地方

细节做的不好，与万豪品牌不相符
去之前，明确告知要婴儿床。到了酒店大堂办理入住很慢，也没有服务员来解释或者导流，前台服务员很少和人沟通，别说笑脸相迎啦。办理入住时，又强调需要婴儿床，服务台说已经安排，结果入住以后左等不来右等不来，服务缺乏沟通。还有，酒店室外游泳池有砂和树枝，园子里的灯光设计不合理，夜晚很刺眼。总之，与万豪的品牌不符合，不会再去住
