The view was amazing - we were on the 32nd floor. It was just like staying at home, during the covid-19. Can’t wait to go back when the world opens up! Best way to travel! And the price for the location...penthouse living, itty bitty price tag!

Our experience was not the best. I was expecting check-in details that never arrived. On the day of check-in I couldn't reach a live person for assistance. Thank goodness Issah was on site to help us and others receive our check-in information. The apartment wasn't cleaned, there was dust and hair in the corners on the floor, window ledges, tables and counter had rings where the previous guests left their glasses, master bathroom sink has previous guest hair in it, sink and tub had draining issues. This is a great property and there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.

I rented a lovely one bedroom with a nice view of downtown Dallas on the 15th floor. I was solo on the trip but the place was spacious enough to sleep 4 adults and could accommodate maybe a handful more during the day. Kitchen is functional and stocked with utensils, basic spices and dish soap. Dishwasher is conveniently available, as well as a washer/dryer although they are the smaller ones and could only really take a load of 10 laundry items. Location is perfect for exploring downtown by walking or taking public transpo / scooters-for-rent. Not entirely sure about safety, I only walked around during the day and ran into at least a couple of people begging for spare change. For someone highly particular with cleanliness, I expected it to be immaculate when I checked-in. The place was wiped down and organized enough at first blush but could have used a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom had some hair on the floor, some linens and towels in the closet did, too. The shower curtain has moldy edges. The living room carpet could use a wash. Some pots and pans needed re-washing. Walls are a bit thin that I could hear the next door neighbors when they are being loud through out the day - kids fighting / adults yelling kind of loud. Early check-in would have been a plus and also a possibility mentioned on the website, but after reaching out a few days before I came, it seems like that is not an option at all they offer so don’t get your hopes up.

The location was great. The view from the living and the bedroom was exceptional of Dallas Downtown. The only problem was the apartment was by the stairway and you could hear every time someone came and went.
