刚入住时令人失望
入住最开始给的房间居然没有打扫好，前一个客人的牙刷、面膜、毛巾、喝过的水都没收拾好！实在有些难以接受，毕竟这是艾美啊！联系了宾客中心，等了大概20分钟才给了反馈，换了一间房给我们，也没做任何补偿措施。还好后面的体验都还行。

酒店条件很好，早餐还不错，房间宽敞。就在沙滩边上，无边际泳池很漂亮。沿着沙滩走，在下午3点以后可以赶海，可以挖到螃蟹、小虾、贝壳。旁边还可以沿着海边栈道骑自行车。非常适合情侣、家庭休闲

少了 一點五星的質感
房間很大、地板還是有點沙沙的，有五星級的樣子，但還是缺少那一些些感覺。 接代人員素質需要加強，沒有人在處理 hotel.com的後台回覆訊息。我們是三家人一起訂位 但是房間距離遠，再加上 沒有安排好哪間房間的姓，在輸入wifi時有點問題。衛浴室給的沐浴產品太少。不夠大氣，雙床房的床比壹般飯店來的小 ~~ Lobby 很大器 還不錯。Buffet 像戰場 好的東西 一上來都沒了 這應該是中國飯店都會有的現像
