Christmas market and culture short break in Vienna
Visit to Vienna with friends. first time for majority of us to city. Visits to imperial palaces, shopping and Christmas market experiences. Hotel was just far enough out of city to be quiet but with excellent access to tram line, just a few yards away, and underground, just a few hundred yards away. Really easy. Staff at hotel throughout were excellent, especially Noemi on reception who was pleasant and could not do enough for us! Breakfast was adequate and staff there excellent. Nice touch at this hotel I see a coffee machine just off of the reception where you can help yourself to coffee hot chocolate etc free of additional charge all day until 10pm. Rooms and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were a little dated but again acceptable. Will definitely return as long a star the price is right.

Good. I wish they had a safe in the room. I had to carry my passports with me and my handbag got stolen from cafe Mozart!
