Answering your request, we're sending you our opinion about hotel. Room was very well, everything clean and nice, and the place very secured.
Our complain is about the instructions for check in.
The hotel sent us notification about an ID passport request, just few hours before the check in time. And my husband couldn´t answer you because he was in a twelve hours fly. Also he hadn't roaming service.
I received you email about the ID request and I wrote you indicating the situation, so I sent you a picture of my ID like as a guarantee because I did the credit card payment. Also, I made you note that you were sending that information too late.
It's not acceptable that you send this important info the same day of check in time!
The hotel told us that my ID was not valid and therefore, my husband couldn't check in using the code because he hadn't the Wi-Fi password at hand either.
Then, my husband visited the chinese restaurant in front the hotel, at 11pm and he explained them his situation and there was a hotel guest who had the same check in problem with you.
This guest helped my husband to get into hotel.
Also, once my husband checked in, he saw internet service inside the hotel was not working.
