Terrible Hotel
Terrible stay. Our pool view room was not so. No wifi. The room had cables on the dingy walls, no wi-fi as advertised. Infested with mosquitos. After I complained several times, they finally got us a mosquito repellant after I was biten badly. I sat in the reception where there was weak internet and cockroaches running around. The next day, there was no water in the shower. Manager's excuse was a power cut. Absolutely not worth the money we paid for it.

The place was awful. Bathroom mirrors dirty. Sheets and towels didn't look clean. Broken plugs, wires running on the wall. TV and internet did not work in the room. Mosquitos in the room and by swimming pool. Cockroaches running around. No water in the shower in the mornings for a while. Manager claimed that it is due to power failure (perhaps?) or someone forgot to check water tank?

It's a "last minute resort" kinda resort
Granted it was low season... but still: - No wifi in the rooms but it says free wifi on the site - wifi in the reception area but it was filled with man-eating mosquitoes. You did not want to stay there for more than 10min. - Was put in the annex area so it was really far from the reception area - Room walls were paper thin - could hear EVERYTHING - Fridge was not working - Towels smelt funny - Damp, dank and dusty - The whole compound was muddy. It was like living in a construction site. Pros: - Met a lovely, kind and helpful staff member - Ratan was his name. He helped me book an early morning taxi to the airport.
