Booked and paid but no room available
My room was booked and paid for through Hotels.com and when I arrived there was no room available there.
They took no responsibility and I had to find alternative accommodation myself.
I expect a refund.

No welcome/information available pack in room - just ‘You break it, you pay’ sign on bedside table- not welcoming at all!!!
Disappointed no lunch or dinner facilities although they can order nd cook it for u. No bar on premises. Good continental breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good for short stay only.

Lodge of poor condition
We arrived late at night and needed to rest seriously. The first room we were introduced was no electricity. TV and room right were also not available. The second room was no internet connection. We were shown many rooms but all rooms had some problems but still they hesitated to show us higher grade empty rooms. We were exhausted when we finally got an ok room. Breakfast was good.

A bit way out
Wozani Lodge was OK but in the smart suburbs. There are some new blocks of rooms which look nice but mine was one the older ones. Breakfast huge. Taxi from railway station (an interesting experience) should be five dollars not the ten I was charged. Staff very pleasant.

Great find in Bulawayo
Great find. Super friendly people. Big breakfast. Lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom with satellite tv, tea making facilities and fridge. Lovely gardens. Exceptional value for money.
