false promise of electric car charging.
This hotel is misadvertising the charging point. Whilst chargers do exist in their car park, the hotel has no idea how to operate them as they belong to another company. It looks like the one must have an RFID card of a specific French provider to use these chargers. The only reason to book with this institution was because they advertise charging points- which the guests cannot use. Very clever.

Does what it says on the tin
Hotel is basic however what we expected . No English spoken which may be a problem for some guests . Restaurant not serving food this week , not ideal after a 7hr journey . Clean room , USB ports not working so unable to charge phones . 10 min walk to Metro station so easy to get into the city . A no frills stay which definitely won't exceed any expectations.

Met by a guy at reception, he was great and friendly. Other staff very sour faced. Got cheated on amount of wine when purchasing 2 drinks. The room was clean however the showers tray was blocked and I used the shower head on jet to squirt more pressure down the drain as the cover was loose. Excrement coming back out untill cleared then the tray emptied as normal. Breakfast you have to make your own and your expected to clear down, wash the dishes and restore for next guests ! This is supposed to be a hotel not a hostel/campsite facilities. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Good location, about 15min walk to tram station. Free parking and dog friendly. We booked a family room for 2 adults and small dog. The images show a room with sofa but we were given a room with beds!! Would have been nicer if we had sofa to sit and chill after a long drive. The shower was blocked and staff were really helpful and gave us access to room next door to use shower. I requested to swap rooms but understand all family rooms had been booked out. Young chap at check in was extremely helpful ( i didnt catch his name) Overall good, Id book again.

Disappointing service.
A clean adequate hotel but the man at reception was unhelpful sending me to 2 different places in search of food, both of which were closed. The hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend on Friday afternoon. The toilet paper dispenser emptied in the middle of the night. I had to go in search of toilet paper first thing in the morning as there was no extra in the room.

Decent
Comfortable bed in clean room. Bathroom was nice and clean. Was only a floor towel in the room, just had to ask downstairs for a towel and problem was instantly solved. It’s fairly basic but does the job well. Would stay again
