This unit is cozy, modern and has all the basic amenities. It is for budget travelers. It's a really neat unit but is small. The outside deck area is awesome and has plenty of outside heating and a BBQ. There is an attached 4 bedroom rental with it's own separate entrance and facilities.
It's important to note you are staying on the park boundary. There is lots of wildlife in our neighborhood. There is great hiking opportunities west of the house. You have come a long way, spending an afternoon lounging on your deck staring at the Alaska Range or going for a hike out the front door can be quite rewarding. Be sure to enjoy yourselves and don't try to do too much. Part of the fun of Airbnb is to enjoy your family and friends.

You must have a rental car to stay at our property. There is plenty of parking and we are 1/4 mile off the only highway. We are very easy to locate.
We are located 4.5 hours north of Anchorage and 2 hours South of Fairbanks.

We are located in a tiny little subdivision off the Parks Hwy. All the properties including ours are 2 acres. Most of the residence live there year round. You will really feel like you are living out in the Alaska Wild but there are neighbors around.
You must have a rental car. Our driveway is maintained gravel and does not violate your rental car agreement. There is plenty of parking next to your unit. There is 1 highway between Anchorage and Fairbanks which makes navigation very easy. Follow the mile markers.

I recommend taking the bus to Eielson Visitor Center. There is only 1 road so the least expensive bus takes the same exact route as the most expensive bus. You can book all other activities upon arrival depending on weather and your groups desires. All activity brochures are located in the entry way to the house and most are nearby and/or can arrange pick up at the house.
Buy all your groceries in Anchorage or Fairbanks.
You can drink our water.
We provide all linens, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.
The Coffee Maker does not need filters.
From time to time people leave condiments, powder creamer and such but please do not expect anything in the way of food items to be provided. Please bring everything you will need.
You must bring your own firewood. We provide propane for the BBQ
