Stay in the centre of town.
Bedroom smaller than expected, view from window of fire escape and adjacent building, but accommodation was sufficiently comfortable clean and tidy. Room facilities were basic but fine. Bathroom in good condition. Always someone available on reception. No food served on site - (Covid-19 restrictions) Towels only changed on request - (environmentally sound policy). Car parking was good. We had a pleasant stay.

Heart of Andover
It was a lovely stay right in the heart of Andover. Staff were very friendly. No breakfast was available but they gave us a list of local venues which were open. Had a lovely breakfast in the Chantry Centre. Andover is a lovely little town and worth a visit.

Great stopover
We stayed as a one night stop over. Room was clean and comfy. They provided some useful information on restaurants and cafes in the town for meals and breakfast. Hotel is located in the centre of Andover in walking distance to the recommended eateries and plenty of pubs.

Excellent location.
Town centre location with plenty of bars/restaurants to choose from as hotel had no meal facilities. Clean, spacious room overlooking main high street. No street noise at all.

Good location.clean comfy
Bit puzzling. I paid for 2 nights but had room service for 1 night. No towel changes no bed making no topup on tea coffee and biscuits. No hand towels. Bit disappointed. So 2nd night felt like economy service.
