Exceptional 10,0
The reception staff were very courteous. They allowed early check in as I had an early flight. There was some work going on in the hotel which was a bit noisy and disrupting. The hotel could have forewarned me of this. Otherwise stay was enjoyable

One night stay
Location is really great, right next to the railway station which is also connected to two metro lines. And the train to the airport leaves and arrives from this railway station. The hotel itself is ok, nothing too special but a good place to stay if you want a good connection to the city and airport for a great price too. The breakfast was below average, but otherwise we were happy with our decision to stay here

Very good
Very good hotel very close to metro and Aeroexpress. Lots of food options around... The room is cosy, the shower is nice but it has massage option that wasn't working... The hotel is nice and the breakfast is nice and have plenty of decent options.

Good 6,0
Perfectly located just opposite to the Belorusskiy Railway Station (Aeroexpress train shuttle to the Sheremetyevo airport). Hotel was clean, staff kind and helpful with good English. Try to avoid rooms on the 6th (last) floor. The elevator goes to the 5th floor only so you would need to walk around 15 - 20 stairs upwards to the 6th floor. And if you are unlucky like I was and your room will be at the end of corridor then you will have to make a steeplechase course across 3 ridiculous bumps with 4 stairs up and down each. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel, it´s really a great fun to do that if you have more luggage than just a small bag or backpack. This is out of my understanding that such access to rooms can be found in a hotel that pretends to have 4 stars...

Excellent area, Convenient Transpo, Basic hotel
We moved to this hotel from the East Gate Hotel to be closer to Moscow City Center. Our stay was during the FIFA World Cup, a very busy time. The hotel staff was very hard working but seemed overwhelmed by the volume of guests. The Grand Belorusskaya Hotel showed signs of wear & tear. It provide a basic comfortable room. A bit crammed for a family of four. Breakfast was a decent buffet. The hotel is situated in an older shopping mall. It is a good hotel for dropping off your bags, then returning to sleep at night. On the plus side, the local neighborhood is excellent. There is a cluster of first class restaurants a short walk away. Also an excellent coffee shop & upscale bars. There is access to two Metro lines near this.cluster. This puts you minutes from Red Square, the Kremlin, & other favorite Moscow sites.
