Good Ambiance and Space
This apartment-hotel has good prices for a large amount of space. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The common areas are nicely decorated and clean. There is lots of places to sit inside and outside. There is a large enclosed grassy area with seats and tables in back as well as a park across the street. The hotel only offers breakfast brought to your room, so everything else is BYO. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and a supermarket and landramat just over a block away. The two throw rugs in our apartment could have used a thorough washing to remove stains, otherwise everything was perfectly clean. The ambiance of the place is great for a longterm stay. Mons surprised us with its museums, Grand Place, cleanliness, brightness and liveliness. It is totally missed by the international guidebooks.

Loved the amazing, romantic location. Very easy to visit the city centre and surrounding areas from here. There was an unfortunate smell related to the city sewers in one of our showers, and the property manager tried his best to remedy it during our stay. We were offered a few free breakfasts for the inconvenience, which was very appreciated.

Nice apartment style hotel. Good space if stuck inside for two weeks of quarantine with small kitchen area and nice outdoor garden space as well. Right in downtown Mons so walkable to everything. Very accessible manager if any issues arise. Serve breakfast for extra fee but no other restaurant. Food delivery available to the hotel. Cable tv with some English channels and movies. Only down side is not great WiFi so no could not FaceTime or download.

Property was perfectly placed less than 5 minutes walk from the Place du Mons. Room was light and airy, lovely period features with a modern bathroom and the separate kitchen/dining area was perfect for the two of us. Baran, the property manager was exceptionally helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking outside the property (having driven over ourselves) was very easy and cost around £6 for the day between 09:00 and 17:00. All-in-all another excellent Apartment find on Expedia!

Just like home.
This apartment hotel is perfect. Well equipped with kitchenette and very well located. You fell at home. The manager was very helpful, very nice welcome and he makes sure the customers are happy. He even offered and drove us to the train station on our departure. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Mons.

The apartment was amazing, very modern updates! The location was great, walking distance to the centre and near several restaurants. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and enjoyed the spacious apartment very much! We also had breakfast delivered each morning, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit and fresh pastries! Very relaxing space! Highly recommend!
