AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon check in, the receptionist had 0 pulse. No greeting, no notification of any rules/ restrictions etc. The room was of very low quality that desperately required renovations. The bed was terrible, like sleeping on a board. Worst part of the experience was an unexpected charge on my credit card. When speaking to the manger about the additional charge that was charged onto my credit card without any notification the manager said there is nothing he can do! After saying he can, but he won’t. Incredibly rude and definitely untrained in the hospitality industry. PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!

They were very accommodating to make sure that we had a quiet room It’s a basic hotel, but suited our needs An easy upgrade would be to have a microwave in each room Given COVID-19, we were uneasy with a communal microwave!

Aged, feels like inside a 60s hotel building
The place is simply aged. you can feel the floor or the building is no longer flat/level. Room is considered tiny (basic room with 1 queen). Needs a good renovation.

Surprisingly quiet
Staff friendly. Room very clean, and everything worked. Quiet at night, so I had a good nights sleep. Only one suggestion, put a lock on key drop box. I was worried a hotel guest, might take my key as a souvenir. That did not happen, thankfully.

Just a room to sleep in - have never slept in a smaller room before though :) It was miraculous how they could stuff 2 queen size beds into that room without any space to move around. No fridge, no pool, no water even... The only saving face - room & beddings seemed clean
